Payment Policy:
- For ON HAND orders: cash on delivery is always available.
- For PRE-ORDERS: NO cash on delivery. You must pre-pay! We have several pre-payment options, including cash & card.
- Payment details are usually provided at checkout, but don't worry as we will contact you regarding your payment within 1-2 days of placing your order.
Our payment options are:
- Bank Deposit
- PayPal (no need to have an account, just a card)
- Cash drop off at our house
- Cash pickup from your house by driver (extra 40 QAR in Doha)
Exchange & Return Policy:
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
- you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment
- the ordered item is out of stock.
